Return and Refund

Please contact our Support to begin the return and refund process, Support team will walk you through the process and help you.

In case of the return of the goods, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

You must exercise the return right responsibly and return the product in the original neat packaging, as well as return all complete parts of the product. You are responsible for the complete set of the returned goods. If the goods are not complete, we won't be able to accept the returned goods and issue a refund.

Once the Goods have been received and checked by our staff, a refund will be authorised by the same method that the payment was made.

Depending on your financial institution, refunds can take up to 14 days to be credited to your original payment method. In all cases, we have the right to suspend the refund until the goods are received back and inspected.

If You fail to meet the deadlines of our Return policy, we will be unable to offer a refund.

Delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over HKD350 within. For orders under HKD350, we charge HKD80 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from 9AM to 6PM on Monday to Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 1204, Eastern Harbour Centre, 28 Hoi Chak Street, Quarry Bay. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 9AM to 6PM on Monday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
